Right now I only ship in the U.S. My current production schedule, which is the actual time it takes for me to make up your order, is approximately SIX (6) business days. Valid as of 6.6.16. What this means to you is that it *could* take up to 6 business days to process your banner, but this is the longest time possible. That does not include the shipping time, which, depending on your location, and any current and/or upcoming Postal Holidays, can take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days. This translates to weekdays and Saturdays but NOT Sundays or Holidays . If you need an item sooner than the above combined calculations (production + shipping ), or would like an estimate of a completion and/or projected delivery date, then please, please, please, let me know in a message so we can work out the details. I do understand deadlines and will only take on yours if I KNOW that I can meet it for you. I do offer Priority Shipping ( usually 2 to 3 days at the most ) as a Listing in my Shop. You would purchase it right along w/ your order to expedite the shipping process. This is for faster shipping only, but your banner is made in the order in which it is received. I consider myself to be quite experienced in Customer Relations/Satisfaction, as my husband and I were Entrepreneurs for decades. I also have, and still do operate at the Farmer's Market & Craft Fair level, and completely understand the old adage that says "the customer is always right". I practice this motto in all of my dealings with my clients. What you see in my shop is a reflection of me at the highest degree, and I pride myself on being extremely professional. When ordering, in addition to the necessary names, dates, etc., please leave the font color choice and the adornment (heart, cross, etc. ) color choice in the Notes Section. This will greatly assist in a smooth transaction and quick shipping.
