There is a minimum order of 2 dozen cookies.
All orders must be paid in full to book a spot in my calendar and are non-refundable.
Our cookies are custom made, by hand, just for you. For this reason, we do not offer discounts or wholesale pricing.
I ship via FedEx Ground. If you wish to upgrade to Express or Priority shipping please contact me for a quote.
I am not responsible for delivery of your package once it leaves my hands. Postal delays, weather delays, Customs delays and postal strikes etc. are all beyond my control. I do not offer a refund in any of these cases. I would be happy, however, to help you start a claim with the carrier in question, should you have an issue.
All sales are final. I package your cookies with great care to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Breakage, though highly unlikely, does sometimes occur. I do not offer refunds in such cases, as I cannot control the way in which packages are handled by the postal service.
If you are concerned about breakage, I would suggest ordering approximately 10% more than you anticipate needing.
