All items purchased from Peekaboo Penguin come with up to 3 digital proofs for you to approve or make changes to. If more than 3 proofs are required, a $5 fee per change will be required. Each digital proof will take 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to get to you. Requests for changes must be made no more than 21 days from the date the first proof is sent.

Buyers using a professional printing company are responsible for knowing set-up details (such as bleeds and crop lines) and including that information at the time of purchase. Large changes to layout after the first proof is sent may require an additional fee.

I offer digital invitations to buyers in all countries. However, invitations will only be sold in English.

Depending on the amount of information you would like to include, there is the potential that font sizes and slight layout changes may occur. I will try to keep to the original design as much as possible. If you're unhappy with the changes that are made, we'll work together to adjust the invitation until you are satisfied.

If your item requires you to send me a picture, I will keep the picture for up to 30 days from the time your order is purchased. After that time the picture will be deleted.

Peekaboo Penguin retains the copyright to all custom designs unless otherwise specified. One of a kind work can be requested for an additional fee. All other custom designs may be resold at the discretion of Peekaboo Penguin.

The answer is almost always yes. I love to help customers create extra matching details to make their event that much more special. Just let me know what you're looking for and I'll let you know if I can accommodate your request.

How does the process work?

In most cases it works like this: buyer purchases the listing they would like and includes all relevant information. Within a day or so I will take that information and create your invitation and get it back to you. From there, if there are any changes you would like to see, just let me know and I can make them.
