I have seen these Chocolate Dipped Wafer Cookies around for a while now and thought they would be fun to make for a little get together my daughter had with some friends a couple weekends ago. Everyone needed to bring a little treat. So I had her whip up a few on her own…while I made a few to share with you here.
They are probably one of the easiest treats you can make and still call homemade….cause you know…you made them at home :)! We used pink wafers because my daughter picked them…and they are perfect for Valentine’s Day. But they would also be great in the other colors and flavors.
You can also use melted white chocolate or milk or semi-sweet chocolate and whatever sprinkles or toppings you want. Small candies or drizzled chocolate make them fun and festive too!
