✿`•.¸¸.•´✿ HOW IT WORKS ✿`•.¸¸.•´✿
1. Choose between a digital file (5"x7" or 4"x6") or printed invitations with envelopes (5"x7").
2. Add the design to your cart and purchase the Etsy listing. Make payment via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or Etsy Gift Card.
3. Forward the text for your invitation to etsy [!at] gracenl.com or include it in the 'Notes To Seller' box during checkout.
Many of my designs are fairly easy to edit, in terms of color scheme, font style, wording, and other minor changes to the overall design. If there is an idea that you have, or you are making major modifications to this template (i.e. additional photos, lines, or a change in graphics), you may be subject to a customization fee. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are unsure if a fee would be incurred.
4. Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your photo(s) and information. If you don't receive your card within this time frame, please check YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDER or my shop greeting for any special announcements regarding longer turnaround times.
5. You will receive a high resolution (300 dpi) JPG file of your design via email. Review your card and if you find any errors or modifications please feel free to contact me.
IMPORTANT! A $5 re-sizing fee will apply if the card size needs to be changed after the card has been delivered to you. A change fee will also apply AFTER the second round of changes have been done.
6. Your card is kept on file for 14 days from the date the card was sent to you via email. Any changes made after that time period will be charged as a new card.
✿`•.¸¸.•´✿ RUSH ORDER INFORMATION ✿`•.¸¸.•´✿
If you are in a hurry and need a design quickly, then a RUSH ORDER is for you! Currently, my normal turnaround time is 24-48 hours, but for an additional fee you can have your proof sent to you within 12 hours. Please note that I do not work on Sundays and RUSH ORDERS are the only items that are processed that day.
✿`•.¸¸.•´✿ TIPS FOR MAKING A GREAT DIY PRINTABLE ITEM ✿`•.¸¸.•´✿
The backgrounds and colors that you see on your files are part of the design. You will always use BRIGHT WHITE card stock or matte photo paper for printing your files.
The quality of your photo (for photo invitations) and the print job make all the difference in producing professional looking results for your invitations and party decorations. Our preference is printing on a heavyweight card stock through a professional print shop or at home. If you need to print your invitations through a photo lab because of large quantities or timing, choosing a matte finish will give a more professional looking result.
• If you are printing at home, set your printer on the best quality vs. speed when printing. Adjust your printer settings as needed to change print output and produce desired results
• Set your printer's scaling option to "100%"
• Print on a high quality heavy weight (110#-130#) bright white card stock or premium matte photo paper
• You can also choose to have your files printed at an office supply store or through a professional printing site
✿`•.¸¸.•´✿ PRINTING WITH ONLINE OR WALK-IN VENDORS ✿`•.¸¸.•´✿
Keep in mind that GracenL Designs ONLY creates the files to have printed and is not responsible for the printing aspect of the files. That is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Once printed, if any of the files look different in any way from how the files emailed to you view, that is a technical issue with your printing vendor and NOT the file(s) sent to you. In other words, the file views crisply but prints blurry or pixelated.
NOTE: If you have a lab print them, you may need to ask them to print your order without the "auto correct" so the colors print appropriately.
✿`•.¸¸.•´✿ PRINTING TIPS IF PRINTING FROM HOME ✿`•.¸¸.•´✿
Please keep in mind that GracenL Designs is ONLY responsible for creating the files to have printed and is not responsible for the printing aspect of the files. That is solely the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is expected to have basic printing knowledge.
Your files will print exactly as they view. If they look different in any way once printed, that is a technical issue with your printer or printer settings and NOT the file(s) sent to you. In other words, if the file views crisply but prints blurry or pixelated, the files were saved incorrectly and you're printing at a lower resolution than provided. If a portion of the file is printing, that is an indication that you'll need to select 'Fit To Page' in your printer settings so that it will print the entire page. If the files are printing in slightly different colors, you might check the ink cartridges to see if they need replacement or adjust the intensity settings on your printer. Generally, these solutions always solve these common problems.

Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer used as well as the many different types or brands of paper and ink you are printing with. GracenL Designs is not responsible for the resulting color variations due to the many variables involved.
