• Refunds given on case by case basis.
• Once item has been downloaded by a customer, no refund can be given (unless there is a special case scenario).
• Once an item has been personalized for a customer, and the customer has approved it for printing, no refund will be given.
• Any mistakes on the invite AFTER customer has approved it for printing, will not be re-printed for free. I will gladly work to correct a digital version for you to print from home as needed.
• If order is lost in mail due to buyer providing incorrect address, no refund will be given, but seller will help file a claim with the post office on their behalf. Will gladly re-print them for the original cost. I will work speedily to help you if this happens, since I know you'd be in a bind if it happens. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT!
